Let's get this clear right off the bat: the criminal "justice" system isn't about justice. It's not about "right and wrong" or a battle between "good and evil." It's about whether the government gets to ruin the lives of all the people whose lives it wants to ruin. Government is neither moral nor ethical. There are lots of things that people do that are illegal but not wrong (unethical or immoral), and more that are wrong but not illegal. Even where the law makes illegal conduct that is wrong, the punishment generally bears no rational relationship to the wrong. This is a natural consequence of having laws written by politicians -- and not just by politicians, but by committees of politicians.

Marc J Victor - True Patriot

Marc, Truly one of my fondest and encouraging memories of the past.I created a scene in my life that I was beyond believing that anything good, positive could come from it. Then I got a visit from my Attorney,  “MARC VICTOR.” He said he was a “Pit Bull” and would be nothing but Honest, Straight, and above all on My Side for the better of his client, (ME). I left that meeting with a bit of hope, and as I was walking back to my cell, I realized that if I must trust someone it’s gotta be Marc. After what seemed like a year, (it was over a year), I went and did my time and throughout the ordeal I paid my debt to society, I am and will be forever grateful to you Marc for the support and the honesty that you said you were all about. Today my life is so great, that without the so called “Coincidences,” I have you as not only a supporter, a GREAT ATTORNEY. I will and have always referred you to those that are in need of Top Representation.

Thanks, "Rocky"
